Staff were amazing just wish there was a little more selection on the menu.

My boyfriend and I decided to grab a late night bite to eat here and although the atmosphere and staff was lovely, we had mixed feelings overall - we ordered the spinach dip for an app and it was shocking of the quality for the price, watery dip with oil soaked chips like they had been left in a fryer for far too long. For our mains I had the portobello mushroom chicken which was delicious and redeemed the experience mostly for me. My boyfriend got the California burger which was good after he took off the rotten lettuce - yes, rotten. Not just a little brown. Overall disappointed with the experience. For $70 (1 app and 2 mains with water) we probably won't be going back. Would have much rather spent our money elsewhere on something cheaper.

Excellent customer service. We were group of 16 people for dinner on busy Saturday night. As it was busy it took more than normal time and few members of the group found their food not hot. Immediately Manager came to our table apologised and made entree free for all the party. This gesture won praise from all of us. My experience at Milestone has always been excellent.

Good place with lots of space and private room for special occasions where you can organize birthday or baby shower etc. Food is good too for chain restaurant.

all the milestones locations that we've been to had great, helpful friendly service and got reasonably priced good food. they take especially good care re food allergies/sensitivities. we have been back many times

Best cosmos in town, bathrooms are pretty nice as well.

The atmosphere is fine. I got the Surf & Turf Sirloin meal. I asked for the Sirloin to be cooked medium rare, and alot of the meat was TOO TOUGH, which I had to keep spitting out. The rest of the food was just okay.

I ordered a Grilled Sirloin. It was mouthwatering, juicy and cooked to perfection. Atmosphere was warm and cozy. Moderate price point. Our server, Catherine, was attentive, friendly and knowledge about the menu. The meal was served in a timely fashion. Busy for a Monday night. We did not feel rushed to eat our meal before walking the short distance to an event at the Leon's Centre.

Never been to milestones before and it was a wonderful first experience. The staff was extremely kind, food was amazing and the atmosphere was modern and chic while maintaining a warm and cozy nature. The prices are great for the service and the location is right downtown allowing a great day of other activities and to end it of with a great dinner in a small vicinity.

We had an important family dinner here, the food was amazing and environment couldn't have been better. There was one small issue that was very quickly corrected and the manager Leo came to make sure we were satisfied. Very well run restaurant

Just wanted to extend our amazing experience at milestones friday evening October 25th. My wife and I had a great time. The service was wonderful, food was perfect and the icing on the cake came from the general manager Allison Sequin. She made our night that much more wonderful. Her caring service and thoughtfulness was exceptional. I highly recommend this restaurant as well as saying hello to Allison. Thank you so much

Such wonderful food! And very nice staff as well. The prime-rib sliders were exceptional.

We had a reservation and were seated right away. We had tried the ravioli once before and were just as satisfied the second time. The candied pecans and sage are a nice touch. The tuna was missing the avocado, but they added extra tuna and pineapple to compensate. Salad appetizer was also ok, fresh berries were good. Ordered a medium cooked prime rib, which certainly came on the rare side. I mentioned to our server, who was apologetic and later offered a free desert. Service was good, for dinner and drink(s) for four be prepared to send $200+

Have eaten here many times and they have an extensive menu with something to offer for everyone. Appetizers are also very good and the desserts are delicious. Good beer and wine selection too. Also has an outdoor patio in the summertime with a great view of downtown Kingston. Would recommend reservations if you are a large group.

The Fiance and I decided to drop by for a meal while in town. Was not disappointed. He had the French Toast with strawberries & I had the chicken club. The French toast came out thick and delicious and the chicken club came out big and bold tasting. The waitress was very polite and friendly. You felt welcomed when you came in. Very good restaurant and will recommend.

We had the private room (that sits 12 very comfortable) for a Saturday birthday lunch. The restaurant was lovely and the private room was very nice and comfortable.Our server, Scott, was exceptional.Good food, great place, exceptional service. We would definitely book again.

Excellent Thai Basil Noodle made spicy on my request. Plentiful serving and very good friendly service. Good beer selection, relatively high price for draft.

This isn't a specific review about the Kingston Milestones but I will include some comments. Waitress on the night attended was pleasant but not overly charismatic and welcoming. I guess some days are better than others. Quick to bring a drink and the time of the food service was fine overall. The restaurant itself was clean with seating for bar area and lounge. Atmosphere was nice and provides a nice feeling inside. Food was OK. Had a steak and the meat was cooked to my liking. Was disappointed with the vegetables and the potatoes. Potatoes had little flavour and seemed to be missing something. There was little to no vegetables to accompany the plate. Maybe I'm expecting to much for a $30 plate but I would like a little more than five beans and a small slice of red pepper. I assume this is the same at all Milestones not just the one in Kingston. I would return but always know when I goto the chain I will pay alot and the serving size will be small.

Clean, nice staff, accessible entry and seating with choice of more casual bar/lounge dining or restaurant. Good menu selection and savory flavors. Sides can be disproportionate to the entree. However, my entree was warm, but sides were cold. Though the manager had made rounds prior, my party was done with their dinner before mine was corrected and the manager never came by to acknowledge the mishap or offer any recompense. This was not my first time visiting, at different times, where someone at the table had an issue and management didn't come by to follow-up. This needs improvement to increase overall satisfaction. So, be prepared for inconsistency in food quality, but flavors are there.

I was on a date night with my girlfriend, the atmosphere is amazing service was great with most friendly server. We had an amazing prosciutto flatbread as appetizer. However we were a bit disappointed with the main course. My chicken portobello was delicious, although the steak in my girlfriend’s seafood and sirloin was top notch, the lobster sauce had too much salt in it, we reflected our concern with our server Kathrny was really accommodating and promised us she will bring out another plate as soon as the new steak is made. Finally we got our second plate of steak, it was over cooked (she ordered rare steak) and the outside is totally burnt so she couldn’t finish it after taking two bites. She really wish she had kept her steak. Over all the food is very good and the server has been an amazing help to let us have a great date night but the steak was a bit disappointing:/

I just wanted to give a massive shout out to Milestones-Kingston for the extra special care they took with our group of 46 people. Allison the Manager, took our orders in advance from the group menu and reassured and accomodated our strong allergy folks. The choices were delicious. We had extra amazing staff. Clare, Amalia, Kathryn and Brendan managed our massive and loud group. If you need a large group venue for dinner - these guys were the best. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much!!

Food and drinks are good. The service was very slow :(

I go here for the ambiance. Very nice vibe. I've been three times and all three times service has been slow. Today for example, I had to get up and go ask for my bill as we sat on the patio waiting for a long time after we finished our drinks. Our server never came and checked on us after our food arrived. It wasn't busy, and I could see our server dancing behind the bar with her coworker. If it werent for my gift card, I would have been more upset.

The best place to stay

Offer if a three course meal for Valentine's Day. Great but if you work it out it's actually only 2$ different then ordering everything seperate. But the food is good. Service is a bit slow. It's with going for the food. The only negative thing to sayi s...... They need to have smaller cutlery. I felt like I was eating eating with carving forks

We ended up here as a bit of a last resort and while the food was generally ok, it certainly doesn't stand out and is a stretch to be referred to as 'fine dining'. We ordered the house burger with a Cesar side salad and the steak frites. The burger was fine although the bacon wasn't crispy and had a thick fatty rind and the steak was chewy in places. While the food is hit and miss, the service can't be faulted and the location in a historic building does provide a nice atmosphere.

Thought they'd be a little snooty here. No, great burger. Great place to bring friends.
